Larry and his family have been farming the same property on the West Tamar, Tasmania, since the 1930’s. He is the third generation to own the property.


Over that time, it’s seen cropping during the war years and dairying through the 50’s and 60’s.  The past four decades has seen us raising beef for the local market in this beautiful region of Tasmania.

Larry and Alison deliver export quality grass fed beef to Tasmanians at an affordable price. Our cattle roam the hills and flatlands of the West Tamar enjoying high quality feed in a natural environment. 


The cattle are only fed what we grow on our farms with no artificial growth stimulants or antibiotics. This ensures that the full flavour of the beef is able to develop naturally over time giving us the best possible restaurant quality beef at home.
